A useful library is ready before the next project
Bookmarks help you find a video online. Local files help you get on with your work. A collected clip remains available to preview in Cutra even when the connection is slow or you are working offline.
Give every clip a place
Start with folders that match your real work: client projects, product launches, sound effects, and reusable B-roll. Use names that describe what is inside. You do not need a complicated tagging system to know where tomorrow’s footage belongs.
Keep your collection yours
Cutra stores the media on your computer. You choose how to use it and where to keep backups. Save the source and licensing information with important footage, and back up files you cannot afford to lose. Local storage is convenient, but it is not a backup service.
